Google sign-in identifies the account, limits abuse and links reports to a reliable user.
The camera is used to take the report photo. GPS location and aimed direction are used to estimate the possible fire zone.
New alert notifications and proximity alerts are optional and can be disabled in the app.
It is used only if you enable proximity alerts. It lets the app check nearby fires even while the app is in the background or the phone is locked.
If ads are enabled, advertising consent may be requested depending on your country and Google rules.
